I started my career as a rope access technician working on wind turbines, oil rigs, ships and power stations doing painting and general maintenance work. 

I moved over to renewables being trained by Siemens and Vestas before moving into training. I now run training centers in the UK, Asia and USA aswell as train in the GWO and IRATA courses.

With eight years of military service background, Conor has acquired a diverse skill set and valuable experience within both onshore and offshore worldwide.

As well as an IRATA Level 3 rope access technician, Conor is a certified blade repair training instructor and assists company development around the globe

Over the past decade Sarah has worked within the renewables sector, focusing on onshore and offshore wind as well as solar projects in business development. 

While covering various stages of the project lifecycle, my passion lies in the operational phase, particularly in blade repair and maintenance. Meeting clients in person allows me to grasp their operational challenges firsthand, shaping tailored solutions that meet their needs and 

long-term goals.

GWO Instructor

After serving over 12 years in the British Army, Lauren joined the ABRS team as a GWO Trainer in September 2023. Lauren delivers all BST modules as well as Enhanced First Aid and Advanced Rescue courses.

Rope Access Instructor

Having worked in the rope access industry worldwide for over a decade, Frazer has been instructing since 2018 and now delivers all rope access training courses at ABRS.

GWO Instructor

With a military background John went on to work as a technician and supervisor on an offshore windfarm for 16 years before bringing his expertise to the ABRS Team in 2016.

With his experience in Mechanics, Hydraulics and Electrical operations, John runs our GWO Basic Technical Training courses as well as;

Blade Repair Instructor

Blade repair technician worked on and off shore before becoming a member of ABRS. I have gone from working alongside the then lead instructor to becoming the lead instructor myself. In the 3 and a half years I have worked at ABRS I have trained over 200 delegates to a high standard.

With 7 years of administration experience, Aimee joined the company in 2020 to ensure the training center runs smoothly and efficiently.
